The Galilee

The Galilee Development Authority was founded with the goal of promoting and developing the most beautiful stretch of land in Israel. The Galilee is perhaps the only place in the world where Jews, Muslims, Christians, Druze, Circassians and Bedouin live side by side. The unique make-up of the population influences the character of the Galilee in every sphere of life and economics. Some of the initiatives are already in action and are proving successful. Other projects, like the establishment of a medical school and a research institute, are in their initial stages of strategic planning. The Galilee is ideal for investments, initiatives and development which will bring about steady growth to this distinctive area.
